Aaralyn Cattery is a boutique cattery situated in the lower north shore just 15 minutes away from Sydney CBD.

Aaralyn Cattery is a registered breeding cattery with the New South Wales Cat Fanciers Association. We specialise in breeding Longhair Burmilla cats also known as the Australian Tiffanie cats.
* Kitten health - vaccination, desexing, microchipping, worming and vet checking
All our kittens are vaccinated against Feline Enteritis (Cat Flu) at age 8 weeks and 12 weeks, desexed, microchipped, wormed and vet checked before leaving our cattery.
Usually kittens are available after age 12 weeks.
WE DO NOT SELL ENTIRE KITTENS.
* Our cattery is Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) free
Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) is an inherited autosomal dominant disorder affecting approximately 36% of Persian cats . Characterized by the formation of cysts on the kidneys, PKD could lead to eventual renal failure and possible death. Since the Burmillas were originally created by crossing Burmese with Chinchilla Persian, PKD could be passed on from the Chinchilla parent. As a result, a good breed will always screen their breeding cats for PKD before breeding.DNA PKD testing is the only sure way to know if your cat carries the PKD gene. Accordingly, ALL CATS (breeding cats, even pet cats) at Aaralyn Cattery have been DNA tested and are PKD negative. You can view our cats' PKD certificates here:Fuji, MoMo, Ebby and Jasper
* Our kittens are reared inside our home 100% of the time
All our kittens are reared inside our home 100% of the time and are well socialised. As we are a boutique cattery, we have time for every single cat in the house, giving them all the attention and love they deserve. All our cats are indoor cats with full access to our first floor balcony (which runs the length of our house) and a enclosure (we call it out "cat sun room") connected to the balcony located in our small garden.
We built our enclosure extension at the end of 2005. The main enclosure extension is hexagonal shaped with a built in staircase connecting the enclosure to our first floor balcony. We have also installed blinds and vinyl water proofing to shelter our precious babies from the harsh weather. It is literally a dream house for any cat. I've been told by my friends that it is 6 star cat sun room. OUR CATS DO NOT SLEEP IN THE ENCLOSURE. THEY SLEEP ON OUR BED :)
